During the Amazon AWS Cloud Support Immersion Program, I gained a deep understanding of the various services and tools offered by AWS, and how to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to these services.
Through my help desk experience, I have learned the importance of clear and effective communication, patience and the ability to think on my feet. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge in this area.
I learned fundamental concepts of computer science and information technology, such as programming, data structures, algorithms and databases during my BSc IT degree. I also gained practical skills in software development, network administration, and IT project management.
I learned about various security management principles, such as risk assessment, disaster recovery and incident response. I also gained knowledge in areas such as security governance, compliance, and physical security through my studies.
During high school, I gained a strong foundation in various academic subjects and graduated with 3 distinctions. I also developed important skills such as critical thinking, time management and research.
